I think its already detected use MPGH's Fancy Hack by Lord Facington

without doing it that way the hack dont work for me aswell

Its not a personal thing, a lot of people have been complaining to SG interactive about the crashes, theres pretty much nothing you can do. If you are using hacks though it may cause these errors more often.

Seeing as it's connected to rendering the game with dx ... this might help:
