A m16a3 with the designs and logo of mpgh plus increased stats

I can increase the stats but I cannot put "MPGH" on it

what exactly would you want me to edit?

I can edit these
- Fire Rate
- Draw Rate
- Double Shot (Shoots Two Bullets In One Shot)

Also Please Tell Me How Much Faster You Want It

I can do the MPGH part, but Hex modding is beyond me.

hex edit is gay...

use model edit where u can change rate of fire from 0-9999ms
