Does anyone have a ps3 account with the mw2 map packs on it that i can use to download them? k thanks 
Steal an account with one xD
Come up with an elaborate plan saying you can bounce a signal off of servers through Linux, and you are able to glitch their system to get them free Playstation points.
Then you give them a LONG password like
H2lajf34h2d3rk2lad87
and say the reason it is that it's your router's old password xD They have to punch it in, and in the meantime you recover their account, and change their password. You get into their email (Prolly same password) and change that one too.
You then proceed to change the questions and the account is yours Have fun jackin accounts.
PS: I recommend using a USB keyboard for that xD
