This is the same as the US Constitution. You can do whatever you want, however as soon as you infringe upon someone else's rights or property, then it is deemed illegal or unconstitutional. In the video game world, one's rights includes fun. If you take their fun away by hacking, it is the games responsibility to uphold their rights as a user and lay the banhammer down hard on your stupid ass

They should ask us what WE want. Nothing too extreme like us literally making the game, but letting us offer ideas for the game.
