In those games there's a reason people QS. It's because you get the accuracy of a hardscoped shot. In PB you don't afaik, at least not as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong, but even when hardscoping there's a certain settle time?

Uhhhh quickscopes are accurate dead center with all auto snipers, and the L11.
No scopes are all off center for every sniper
