How to use DEREKTROTTER v8 FINAL (Mossy Edit)?

This sound like a really, really dumb question. But please don't delete this post. And please answer. Ok, so I been hacking a little on my PC before, but that is a long time ago. Now I'm on my PS3 trying to hack. So, where do i really start off for using the Derektrotter hack for PS3? Would somebody make a guide, or at least help me starting off? I'm sure som others are wondering the same too. Thank you very much.

I have no experience with PS3 modding lol, but next gen update is pretty much the PS3 community for modding.
