Nothing, still ends up looking like a gibberish mash of symbols and unique characters.
figured it out. it is using a GZip format and what you do is open it with 7z and edit with notepad and it shows the list

im running XP
open it with 7Zip and keep opening it until it asks what else to open with
open with notepad at that point
