Game crashing

Is anyone else having problems with the game crashing just before or just after login?
Since the 25.02.11 emergency patch.

This is a common problem if you are using Vista. Just keep on turning it on and eventually it will work, the same exact thing is happening to me apparently that is the only way to make it work.

Lol, im using 7.
I tried anyway but still no luck
I also tried fiddling about with the compatibility modes and stuff but that doesn't help, the farthest i got was the server select screen before it crashed.
Also i checked the nexon forums and it appears that a lot of people are having the same problem.

EDIT: Do you think it could be something to do with having hacking tools installed on your PC? Because i have spoken to a friend who has vista but doesnt use hack and his works fine.
