If i wanted to upload some of my mods can i and if i can how do i

long story short
use winrar to package the mod you made
get a vs from VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner of the .rar not the .dtx or ****b
take a picture (PRT SCR SYS RQ button, next to Insert)
Start > Run > mspaint > enter > Ctrl + V or Paste > Save As... > upload to www.picdrop.net
paste the Virustotal link, and the [IMG] code of the picture from Picdrop
add the attachment to the "Manage Attachment(s)" button at the bottom of your thread text box before you post the thread
