I have recently ran outta room on my (C: ) Drive and need to get rid of some stuff. I don't remember what I need and what I don't. I just have all this lag on CA and I cant take it anymore. So can someone tell me what I don't need on my PC? Thanks A TON!

Delete some videos from fraps? if you have it
Use Disk cleanup.
You need all your distributable programs.

Sort it from Biggest to smallest (click on size tab thingy) and then see
Those are all somewhat needed...
Delete things that arn't installed
i.e.
Videos
Cracked games
Leached mods
etc.
