Hey.
If you want to code a hack, i recommend that you code few no menu hacks first. If you know only the basics of C++, you will cannot code D3D for a while.
If you want to start coding, go to Programming section: Programming - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking
You can go to WarRock hack source code section as well, if you want to start coding right away. Check the AeroMan's sticky thread for his no menu hack base.

First start with vb. You will learn basic codes with it and make first injector, if u have not done it already. And then start learning no-menu hacks. Read tuts, here and in google. Or buy c++ book to get better info, how to make hacks, how to get better bybass in future to your d3d9 hacks and base.
