Computer Crash Problem

When i turn my computer on it says cmos battery low. and some times my computer just turns off saying dumping physical memory

Is it a problem with your computer memory.

I have no idea but it might be some times i take out the ram and put it back in and it works

it seems like your computer is a laptop,i suggest you sell that laptop and get a desktop.

ok its bs. It started happening when i replaced my geforce 7300gs gpu card with 9400gt. i am afraid to buy gtx460 now
