g36e hex edit !

can somone MAJOR hex edit g36e instant draw , make it reloadable 100 x faster shooting rate no select no prefire .. THXS!!! or if there is already a highly hex edited weapon please give me the link

whats prefire? by the way i know its a noob quetion but this can be done in model edit to btw
