Anyways to send money on a non verified paypal account? I don't think my dad would let me use his CC.

You Need A Visa/Mastercard/ETC. To Have Money On Paypal.
They Use Your Card To Bill Transactions I Believe.
Can I use one of those rechargeable cards? Like the gift card things?
