Okay my parents told me that I can't access MPGH any more for one week.
If I use an IP Hider the ISP Provider still can trace my IP?

lmao. i dont even know where to start.....

but no they cant. just delete history and all

use other browser

Do you guys know what's an ISP?
If I clean my history they will go to my internet provider and they will ask them.
Not the history from my computer but from the internet provider!

It depends though, what kind of ip hider are you using.

If you are using a low quality one, they might track the foreign ip coming from your modem.

Just Find The Password To The Routor .. If You cant Find The Password or Work It Out... Reset It. And Then It Will Be In The Restriction's My Parent's Did This To me But I guessed The Password Thank Me
