Suppressor Title

what the heck is "suppressor title" and how do you get it?

I need it to buy P90 on credits. The game doesn't explain it and i try asking people in game but people barely ever chat in this game, and the one who did answer me were like

@TEN.HGPM: its not only a rank,you need a medals and things too,do missions!

Yeah you not only need that level rank. You need to do specific missions for specific awards (medals, ribbons, etc.) to unlock those titles.
