What are these , what is the points of these , and what would be the benefits i would get by having them

To spam the fuck out of sites or IP adresses, something called a DDOS ( Distributed Denial of Service) Attack.

-Fucking up someones computer?
-You dont benefit at all
-why is this in the C/C++ section
