Windows 7 SP1 breaks CA functionality.

This maintenance is to address the Windows 7 SP1 Compatibility issue, as well as to add Capture the Flag to Costa Recon. Game maintenance will last approximately 3.5 Hours.

It didn't work in EU either, I use Win 7 SP1. But they fixed it after emergency maintenance, they'll probably fix yours soon.
