shut off antivirus and firewall. delete enternia folder and redownload the game

I read on their website under "Technical Support" that most every user is currently dealing with this issue (their server was down for an extended period of time) - I suggest you go to their site and wait for a reply from the GMs or as stated above simply Re-install - Be sure to perform a clean re-installation - Good luck!
