PC Boosting Programs (Expect Gamebooster)
Well, A lot of "PC boosting Programs" Don't work for every user, Sometimes extra measures need to be taken or considered, if you are asking this question because you are experiencing lag related issues I recommend you go here;

Also consider your location (Egypt) Is likely not having such a great infrastructure at this time and Internet is probably not a priority - Your location is also just slightly away from Asian Countries and the UK so you're at a bit of a lost for a server to play in. You should experience some lag unfortunately.
