Focus on what you're gonna say.
Don't pay attention to fags trying to fuck up your presentation (There usually the same Niggas)

Don't seem intimidated (even if you are), audiences can smell fear.
Looks straight back at a wall. Instead of looking at the people. Also, try not to stutter because once you start it's hard to stop.
just calm yourself before hand. look at the crowd and look strong. broadcast your voice and all that fun stuff.
Practice in front of mirror.
record your speech on a microphone and play it. just pretend you are speaking.
Get drunk you wont remember shit what you did

Yeah, just be sure to focus on the words of your speech, make sure you don't read straight from whatever your doing, elaborate on certain subjects with interesting words
