Hello I Made A Dedicated Server But Now I Dont Knoe How To Join It Help Me And Yes The Server Works

You can't join your server through your external IP (eg 224.345.56.34:9899). You can only join it via your internal IP eg (192.168.0.101:9899)

^ And keep in mind that you can't host the server and the client on the same computer. i.e. you need another computer to play on your server.
