Is there a free ip changer that isn't a trial?

ip changers are visual,you cannot change your real ip that your provider gave you

As far as i know, all good IP hiders are only trial. There's one pretty good: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/366-projec...r-program.html.
Check Google to find one for free, but trust me, every free programs usually sucks.

i know. but i mean every trial ive tryed wont let me change to different country..

is their a trial that still lets me change to another country?
