Graphics Problem
I did some updates on my computer and now when I play CA it is full screen and the quality is bad. It is harder for me to quick scope and overall my game play they past week has been down right terrible.
Before I did the updates I had the black bars on the side which did my my screen smaller but the outcome of that was better game play.
I have an AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Display Adapter and an AMD V120 Processor And these are all my System Devices:

Update your graphics drivers and make the resolution to your monitor resolution.
