Cs staff request

I have began to see an influx in the amount of cock suckers requesting new usertitles/names. How do you have time to request when you should be sucking 700k+ members dicks 24/7. This shows me you're not doing your job adequately and because of this im imposing a new rule on the cs'(on my part). Any cs' requesting a new usertitle/name will receive their request, aswell as a 1 day ban. C what i did thur?
