[Solved]Ph or China?

So guys. i have played Crossfire NA before cause i was in europe but now its crap cause im in asia. and i want to play but it cant. So should i download Chinese version or phillipine version? The phillipene version downloads slower (rate of 4 kbs) the chinese on, i donno. The chinese seems faster according to pingtest and some sa PH is crap compared to others. So should i download Ph, or chinese if i live in singapore?
