Well when using a hack your lag sometimes increases but a Ping of 500+ Is very undesirable, I highly suggest you follow this tutorial on Lowering all types of lag;

I also notice you are from Thailand I highly recommend you try a Crossfire Game that is closer to your country;

Tru disable every softwares using your internet connection, let only CF using it.
