how to fill support ticket ?

so i want to fill the support ticket .. i got 1 answer good but now i need transaction ID ...

so what i need to write here ... i was buying ZP by : SMS, CALL, Prepaidcard, playspan
where i can find this "ID" please do a screenshot how to find it ...
