EXP ripoff ?

Umm i was at 16,000 and needed like 1k more to level, then it went to 13,000

and when i tried to log on the website it said account blocked plz contact customer support cut didn't give a reason why im banned ?

I can still play on that account i re-logged and everything

And now the hacks arent working on it ;(
