U use either an old 3ds max or alias maya. Create the model with the animation, export the lta, open in model edit, name the animations, export the ltb, done

I dont get it maybe make a video/tutorial for it ?

well bender is free so it not that great and 3ds is not cheap, but i got 3ds max for free and it looks good so i would go with 3ds max

ya im playing with 3ds max and created a sick pistol, now im going to see if i could make a halo gun
