it works for buying items for the 6 slot, you need the nexon cash for buy something for the 6th slot
with slot6 change... you can use 2 items at the same time ^^ when you use "6"

Yes, you can have three guns in kWR:
1st Gun = 3rd Slot
2nd Gun = 5th Slot
3rd Gun = 8th Slot (Only if you play on a Korean Internet/Game Cafe)
