GFX Help

Hello there Members on MPGH i am planning to buy a new Pc which has the following Specs

Intel Pentium dual core 3.00GhZ
3GB ram
15 inch monitor
Xenta Black Gaming Mouse,Steel inx gaming mat
Gaming headsets

I am wondering will a 9500GT 1gB would be acceptable for the job.

Also why do i get black borders when playing games ???.Is there a way to remove it

If you are a gamer i suggest you go higher then a 9500GT the 9600GT Will do the job just fine. but its way more expensive. OR. get the twin frozr if possible Gtx460 one.
