ps3 mods?

Hey, new here, just stumble across this forum site looking for some fun mods to play with my friends on ps3, I have been looking for the mod "one in the chamber" for spit screen play but have not found a tutorial or anything on what I am suppose to do with these files i downloaded. if anyone can point me in the right direction or give me a place I can learn how to set this up on a ps3 that would be sweet.

I have noticed this is mostly for computer play if I am not mistaken so if no one can help me thanks for reading this.
