[Solved] How should I record?

I've tried so many things on recording but I cant get any good clips. I've tried Fraps with many different settings and xFire but whenever I record, my fps goes to like 30-40 and it's hard to play like that, especially in knife only.

This is the laptop I use to play with.

Well you can't expect much from such a weak laptop, either you'll have to deal with bad quality or bad performance =/

Its because of your computer mate.
Trying using fraps just with a lower fps recording rate.
You can also try hypercam 2 although the quality isnt so great.
But if you really want something recorded just save a replay and use Sony Vegas to edit it.

You need a better graphic card and a better RAM, You dont need betters programs then fraps or xfire..

You can low your record quality, but isn't recommended for me.
The best way is buying a new computer.

Like everyone said, its normal to have a low FPS while recording.
Every recorder will do that too.
