I did everything it says up there in the sticky from dave and it says Account not premium

help plz

give me your Team viewer details

Then you didnt do everything start again.

Hmmmm, I know the issue is related to paid accounts, but I don't think that's how this is setup.

Edit your host files, to check, go to minecraft.net and it should display the MPGH website if done properly.
