and OT: i dropped my VB class...decided that if i wanted to do VB ill do it on my own

Ugh, I had to teach my teacher a thing or two in my programing class. He was trying to teach us VB, but for some reason, we wound up making flyers in Word and shit. He was only at the school for 1 year. He RQ because me and some friends kept taking all of his stuff. Staplers, hole punches, books, etc.
how about asking him for more challenging stuff
