Delete you console logs (only the logs) from main folder.. will work.

i get that error ( without hacking ) sometimes in a specific lobby i want to join
than i have to close the game and delete logs and bootstrap folder and than i can connect without error

The steam auth failed could be triggered if you try to join a game within 30 sec of client start up. Just wait 10 sec and try to join the same lobby/server and it should work. Alternatively restart the client.
There is also some unconfirmed bug where you will get the error for no reason and it will never go away. That seems to be fixable by re-downlading the IW4MP.dat though I haven't been able to recreate the problem..
