i bought a pair of dr dre beats solo HD from Amazon.
i've had them for around 2 weeks now, and yesterday, i realised that one side was louder than the other. I haven't squashed them or anything, just been sitting on the desk in a case. I've used a few times only....

Can i get a refund from Amazon? i ordered them on the 30th of january?
Or do i have to contact the manufacturer and see what they do?

i have warranty is receipt and everything... including box
