Device manager fail

Okay I'm going on makin my iphone to iOS 4.1 .. iTunes doesn't seem to detect it , so i gone to device manager to check it .. then a weird thing happened , picture says it all

Now wtf .. also if u can help me at my iPhone pm/vm me (:

I don't see a picture.

i dont know to much info about iphone
