Hook those functions and change the return accordingly ( whatever multiple you want ).
I'd go further but you can't inject DLL's without going through the hassle of injecting the CLR along with it. Otherwise you can hook it externally, which I don't really see happening. >_>

Its not that easy to find out from looking at the source. It's in delphi to begin with, and if you don't know what hooking is ( I still never found the hooking portion of the code in CE source ) you won't really know what to do \:

No, CE was oringally written in Delphi but just until recently, it was written in Pascal.
