Help Please

Hi im trying to use a hacked + cheats minecraft luncher and also trying mod some files but i cant because when ever i run it it says i need to install the latest java runtime environment but i installed it bunch of time and also did my bro but it doest same to work this is on my laptop but the stuff work mine on my pc heres a pic of the error
