downloaded last .net framework... still can't open many things... (like WRPOWER)

just download net.framework search on google for it

for vb6 hack u need : net framwork 2,0 + 2.5

for vb08 hacks u need: net framwork 3.5

i downloaded .net framework 3.5 but i still can't open WRPOWER
