unfortunately, like empire said, 1mil won't change all too much. that won't even fully repair and refurnish a business building.
Who Cares, not to be to Japan because they do need it. He's only doing this to get a better image & next he's going to go there and help rebuild. He's still going to smoke pot though, so I'm chill.
