VBulletin installation error

Can anyone help me understand this error message?

it pops up within seconds of me starting the installation;

Try reinstalling it, shouldn't take to long to get back to where you were. Or reupload the VB files.

I can't even get it to install, it fails at step one.

I'll try re-uploading though.
