Does anyone now a program to edit UI files

But all the UI are like images you can open them with Photoshop or Paint.NET so you can edit them...

Recomendations:
I recomend more Photoshop but it more complicated to use has much more applications... so Photoshop is for pros
if you want a tut at last of the post I will put the vids.... Paint.NET is much easier cause its like the tipycal pain with more applications and a bit more Complex....
So if you are a begginier Modding use Pain.NET so you can learn when you know how to use Paint.NET well then you can search for Photoshop Tuts to learn. If you are PRO in Modding and in Photoshop... just use it =D
