When I uninstall it, it just freezes and does nothing

I think I accidentally deleted the file or something I'm not sure but It won't let me uninstall.
I tried to reinstall it again, but when I click setup it gives you the setting:
Modify
Repiar
Uninstall.
I ran repair and uninstall 50 MILLION times.
It just freezes. And does nothing.

Google those thing called "delete on reboot". Just go to the folder you want to delete, since it's a program, just go to program files and if u know where the registry is, that too, and Shabam. I think there's something called uninstall on reboot too... Oh well, at least I tried to help.
