Its patched this is a troll but Lifetaker gives you the power to kill enemies without killing them
Shoot and boom
500 kills instantly
Thats how Aug_Wogl(2nd GOA) and ILOVEVOMIT(1st GOA) and this other guy got GOA

Obviously using hacks
They got it in 3 days lol

yah i think it originated in augs and got patched sometime in early 2010 along with lifegiver(only augs)

although it was said patched, augs recently brought it back and is in private hacks tho, so it is possible but it's very hard to do.
