Is There I Could Find The Exact Color Code Of Colors I Already Have In My Picture?

I Wanted To Use The Blue As The Login Background And The Red As The Text.

very confusing agreed with scrcrw

Use the eye dropper tool to select the color and then click on the color in the foreground/background box and then copy the image code which should appear in the window that opens after you click the color. Should be somewhere near the bottom.
