i play combat arms na and curious as to where i can get a copy of combat arms eu

Download and install EU version from the official EU website. Then use a proxy/IP hider to access to EU servers.

You can't become an Admin.
If you're active and helpful + trusted you can get minion in some section.

Post that thread here, in Eu section, next time.
Probably the problem is that you didn't download it from official website. Try to use proxy as well, before you start an installer.

i did use a proxy before the installer
