hey i tried to download combat arms eu and keep getting an instillation error
the error is
Error Code=-40
Instillation Failed (11176,0) please help
i am on a usa server but i wanna play combat arms eu

I think, that you can't play EU from USA at the moment, cuz all proxies are blocked. But keep trying like running as admin.
